Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING IN GREECE

Shipping in Greece for orders over 50 euros is free with ACS. 

For orders under 50 euros, there is a flat fee of 3 euros (including free cash on delivery) with ACS. 

Please allow 2-3 working days for orders to be shipped 

Delivery time is approximately 2-5 days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Free shipping within European Union for orders over 150 euros with DHL. 

International orders are shipped with DHL (see table below). Please note that, due to new regulations after the Brexit, orders below 150 euros cannot be shipped to the UK.

Extra charges may apply for remote locations. In such cases, an email will be sent for your approval prior to shipment of your order. La Sussurella does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are the client’s responsibility where they apply. Please note that for orders shipped to the USA, there are no import taxes and duties for purchases below 800 us dollars (approximately 650 euros).

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. La Sussurella shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order. Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your re-delivery. Undelivered orders will be returned to us after a period of one week. In this case, re-deliveries will be charged with additional shipping fees.
