Product returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Shipping charges are not refundable. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.

Returns are not possible from countries outside the E.U. Returns are also not accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customizable items for which we are unable to accept returns.

La Sussurella reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

• PRODUCT EXCHANGE: Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.

• STORE CREDIT: Store credit can be used on a future order within 12 months of the return.

• REFUND: Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date when returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, or bank account used for paying for the order. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company. La Sussurella is not liable for any incoming fees charged by the recipient’s bank.

Orders must be returned using the original courier using our account.
