In case you prefer not to register in our online store, you have the opportunity to place your order as a guest, by selecting the field that will appear when completing your order.
Register
If you already have an account, you can log in with your personal information by selecting Login. Otherwise, you will need to create a new account with the information you want, from the Registration field.
Alternatively, you can register when the order is completed.
Products
While navigating our online store, you will be able to see the prices and availability of the products. You can navigate through the categories with the help of the menu and filters as well as the search bar.
On the categories page, you will find the available subcategories and filters. If you wish, you can select a specific subcategory or view all products. In either case, you have the ability to sort the products or filter their view through the available options on the left.
In addition, you can see in detail all the available information for each product, by clicking on it.
Add to cart
You can add to cart with 2 ways. Either through the product page or through the category page. In both cases you select the quantity you want and select the Add to Cart button. You can save the products you are interested in by selecting Add to Wishlist.
Cart page
All the products you have selected are on the Cart page. Here, you can see the products contained in your cart, to change their quantity or to remove them completely, to enter a discount coupon but also to calculate your shipping by entering the required information such as address, postal code, etc.
If you are happy with your cart, you can proceed to the Order Completion Checkout.
Check out
On the Check out page you can fill in your personal details to define how you want the order to be charged and shipped. Shipping and billing details may be different. Then you will choose the payment method you want and you will complete your order.
If you choose to pay by card as a method of payment, when sending an order, you will go to the bank environment where you will have to fill in your details in order to complete the transaction. If the transaction is completed successfully, then you will return to our online store automatically. Your order will only be processed if the transaction is completed successfully.
If you choose to deposit in a bank account, you must deposit the required amount within 3 days in the account that we will indicate to you and then, fill in the reason for your shipment number. Your order will start processing as soon as we confirm that you have deposited the amount.
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, your order will be processed and you will have to pay upon receipt.
Finally, at the Cashier, you can choose whether you want to issue an invoice or document.
Order completion
Your order has been created and is on hold. For its development and sending, you will be informed via email.
You can track your order through the order board, as long as you have registered and connected to our online store.
Otherwise, we give you the opportunity to be informed about the progress of your order, through the shipping progress mechanism.
